Separate deck and hull starting at the bow and move back. Use lumber to support the deck. The idea is to put some pull pressure on the back of the deck, where the back of the splash well meets the hull. This is a tight bond and can be tough to separate. In my case, I had to cut the fiberglass off of the top of the transom and pound pry bars down between the splash well and the transom to separate the back of the deck from the transom. The top of the transom can be replaced by a good fiberglass finisher.
